Promptarium is a hobby-scope community gallery. We collect the minimum data needed to make the site work and prevent abuse.

What we store: your email and display name from your auth provider (Google or email/password via Clerk); the prompts and HTML files you upload; your votes, flags, and reveal events; and short-lived IPs for rate limiting. We use anonymous product analytics (PostHog autocapture, no session recording) to understand how the site is used.

Third parties: Clerk (auth), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting), Vercel Blob (file storage), PostHog (analytics), and ImprovMX (forwarding of contact@ and report@). We don’t sell or trade your data, and we don’t run ads.

Cookies: sign-in cookies from Clerk are strictly necessary and always set while you are logged in. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are off by default and only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind anytime by clearing promptarium-cc from your browser’s local storage for this site.

Your rights: you can delete any of your own uploads anytime from /me/uploads. For full account deletion or any other privacy question, email contact@promptarium.dev.

This site is provided as-is with no uptime or retention guarantees. Soft-deleted content (removed posts, banned accounts) may persist in backups for a period before purge.
